Manneng (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. was established on the 11th of May 1964 by the shareholders of Pacific Architect and Engineers from Los Angeles, USA with the intention to provide quality engineering and industrial services.

In 1971, the company was renamed PAE (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. with a paid up capital of 200 million Baht. On the 25th of May 1995, PAE (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. went public, and in 2006, PAE (Thailand) Public Limited Company increased the registered capital to 574 million Baht.
